Lakeside Languages was honored to be invited to present in Calgary, Canada, October 2007
at the Rocky Mountain Modern Language Association annual meeting.
"Pirates and Patriots: An American Tradition."
The presentation covered freedom and law in pirate films, and student writings about movies 
such as Captain Blood, Frenchman's Creek, and Pirates of the Caribbean.
